OEM and private label
Your label.
A production file that fits.
Build a battery chainsaw range around your market, price band and channel. We coordinate the platform, pack, case, manual, carton and the documentation that must be confirmed before you sell.
The route
From brief to repeat order.
A strong OEM project starts with fewer open variables. The sequence below is designed to move quickly without treating compliance, packaging and after-sales as an afterthought.
Market and channel
Destination, buyer type, target retail price, expected volume and who owns certification and import compliance.
Platform and BOM
CS6, CS8 or CS12; motor, bar and chain, battery pack, charger, case or carton.
Validate and revise
Sample review, performance feedback, colour and packaging direction, then a locked specification sheet.
Release and repeat
Pre-production approval, inspection plan, shipment schedule and spare-parts plan for the channel.
Representative configuration. Final colour and packaging are approved through sample sign-off.
What can be customised
Build a range, not a random SKU list.
- Housing colour and private-label mark
- Case, carton and insert layout
- English, Arabic or other manual versions
- Battery pack and charger configuration
- Spare bar, chain and wear-part kit
- Mixed-model trial shipment
Tooling, print plates, certification work and packaging charges are quoted separately where applicable.
Volume logic
Start with a trial that proves the range.
A low trial quantity only makes sense when the product, pack and destination are clear. We prefer a mixed-model trial with a defined order value over an arbitrary MOQ that creates slow-moving stock.
| Order type | Typical starting point | Customisation | Best use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sample | 1 to 2 units per model | Current finish and pack | Performance and fit review |
| Trial order | One 5-cell battery carton (50 sets) or one 10-cell carton (40 sets), or a mixed-model order value agreed in quotation | Neutral packaging or light private label | Testing a new distributor or market |
| Range order | Based on model mix and forecast | Logo, colour, manual, packaging | Building a dealer or distributor catalogue |
| Repeat order | Based on sell-through | Locked specification and packaging | Stable supply and spare-parts planning |
Clear boundaries
Compliance is a project decision.
Certification status varies by SKU and destination. The site should never imply that a product is certified before the exact model and market are covered by valid documentation.
We do not publish a certification claim before it is issued.
For North America, the Middle East or another market, include the destination, account type and required standards in the RFQ. We will separate what is already available from what must be completed, tested or reviewed before launch.
Useful brief
Tell us what the range has to do.
Share the market, user, expected volume, target price band and whether you need neutral packaging or a full private-label programme.
